At the moment, I'm not actively looking for anything related to Amstrad XTs, but if you've got any versions of the BIOS I'm not aware of, let me know.

Versions I am currently aware of:

• PC1512: versions 1, 2, 3.1, 3.2
• PC1640: version 3 (two variants - one signs on as 'V3', the other as 'v3')
• PPC512/640: versions 1.8, 1.9, 2.1
• PC200/PC20: versions 1.2, 1.3, 1.5
• PC2086: version 1.4
• PC3086: version 1.2
• PC5086: AM50V004
